How long are the tracks?

Between 10 and 25 minutes. Short by design so you actually use them.

Are these guided meditations or pure sound?

Both (sort-of). There is no speaking or lyrical words being used in these. The sound healings are a channeled Light Language recorded with carefully selected crystal bowls, layered with Koshi Chimes and resonant Frame Drum in some parts.

Do I need special equipment?
